Bill Myers is a member of the A.D. Police, Branch Division. He serves as their Voomer expert and is an expert in electronics and computer hacking. He often comes off as insolent and derogatory and the only person he seems to get along with is Buzz.

Bill was brutally murdered by Sorime's radical group around the same time the Domino Effect Explosion system was initiated. The blame for his murder was pinned on Basil.
